Welcome to SistemSewa, an online property management platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. User Registration

3.2. The Platform does not take ownership of any property, nor does it act as a property management company. Owners remain solely responsible for their properties.
4. Rental Fee Collection
4.1. Owners may use the Platform to set and collect rental fees from their tenants.
4.2. Owners must ensure that rental fees are collected in compliance with local laws and regulations.
5. Vendor Management
5.1. Owners may use the Platform to manage maintenance work by vendors and contractors.
5.2. Owners are responsible for selecting and contracting with vendors, and the Platform is not liable for the quality of vendor services.
6. Payment Processing
6.1. The Platform may facilitate online payment processing for rental fees, maintenance services, and other property-related expenses.
6.2. Owners are responsible for any transaction fees associated with using the Platform's payment processing services.
7. Property Maintenance and Damage
7.1. Owners are responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of their properties and for addressing any damage or issues that may arise.
7.2. Tenants and Owners are encouraged to document the condition of the property before and after the tenancy to resolve disputes.
8. Record-Keeping
8.1. Owners and Tenants may use the Platform to maintain records of rental agreements, payments, maintenance requests, and other property-related documents.
8.2. The Platform may store and provide access to these records, but it is the responsibility of Owners and Tenants to maintain accurate records.
9. Privacy and Data Security
9.1. The Platform collects and stores user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy for more information on data handling and protection.
10. Termination
10.1. The Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Platform.
